The quality of the Digital printing process has improved tremendously over recent years and we are pleased to offer our new Xerox 5000AP as an extremely versatile, environmentally friendly (short run digital uses less energy than the Litho method of printing) alternative to Litho.

The main advantages to Digital is the lack of plate costs and reduced time to make ready the machine, both these elements mean no minimum quantity and complete flexibility to deliver items which have variable images or text throughout the document.

The image is transferred from the digital file through a Fiery Rip straight on to the paper using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black toner and is dry to the touch immediately. This allows us to finish the item (Folding, Stitching, trimming etc.. depending on finished product type) without drying time.
